Note regarding the tire's manufacturing date (DOT)::

The tires offered are from current production, meaning they are no more than 36 months old. Tires from older production runs are marked with the DOT code. With proper storage, a tire is considered brand new for up to three years. The German Federal Association of Tire Dealers and Vulcanizers (BRV) states in its consumer information on tire purchases that a tire is considered new for up to five years if stored properly.

Due to our large inventory and frequent deliveries throughout the year, we are unfortunately unable to provide specific information regarding the DOT date of individual tires.

Shipping conditions

1) Shipping costs and information:

Depending on the size of your order, delivery will be carried out by GLS, DPD, UPS, or a freight carrier. Rims, center caps, and complete wheels are delivered free of charge. For orders of two or more tires, shipping costs are also waived. For the order of a single tire or a single rim, a shipping fee of €6.90 applies. For deliveries to islands, an additional surcharge of €15 per item is charged.

2) Return costs:

If you wish to return an item during the withdrawal period, please fill out the form available in the withdrawal policy. We will send you a return label, but the return costs remain the responsibility of the buyer. You will find the exact return costs in the withdrawal policy as well as in the corresponding form.

Product Safety

Safety Instructions for Tires:

1. Mounting and Dismounting

Mounting:

• Check that the rims are clean and undamaged.
• Ensure the tire is mounted in the correct direction of rotation (refer to the directional arrows).
• Ensure the tire is seated evenly and securely on the rim.

Dismounting:

• Use appropriate tools to avoid damaging the tire and rim.

2. Tire Pressure

• Maintain the tire pressure according to the vehicle manufacturer's specifications (see owner's manual or vehicle sticker).
• Check the tire pressure regularly, at least every two weeks and before long journeys.
• Adjust the tire pressure for specific conditions (e.g., heavy loads).
• Off-road: Reduce tire pressure for better traction off-road (e.g., sand, mud).
Be sure to return the tire pressure to normal before driving on paved roads.

3. Tire Rotation

• Rotate your tires every 10,000 to 12,000 km to ensure even wear.
• During rotation, check the condition of the tires for damage or uneven wear.

4. Wear and Damage

• Regularly check the tread depth:
• Minimum: 1.6 mm (recommended: change at 3 mm for optimal safety).
• Inspect the tires for cracks, bulges, or embedded objects.
• Have damaged tires inspected by a professional.
• Off-road: After off-road use, carefully inspect the tires for cuts, punctures, and foreign objects (e.g., stones or branches).
Remove any embedded foreign objects to prevent damage to the tread.

5. Storage

• Store tires in a cool, dry place, away from light.
• Do not stack mounted tires; unmounted tires can be stacked lying down.
