Depending on the size of your order, delivery will be carried out by GLS, DPD, UPS, or a freight carrier. Rims, center caps, and complete wheels are delivered free of charge. For orders of two or more tires, shipping costs are also waived. For the order of a single tire or a single rim, a shipping fee of €6.90 applies. For deliveries to islands, an additional surcharge of €30 per package is charged.2. Return costs
If you wish to return an item during the withdrawal period, please fill out the form available in the withdrawal policy. We will send you a return label, but the return costs remain the responsibility of the buyer. You will find the exact return costs in the withdrawal policy as well as in the corresponding form.3. Safety Instructions for Tires:1. Dismounting: • Use appropriate tools to avoid damaging the tire and rim. 2. Tire Pressure • Maintain the tire pressure according to the vehicle manufacturer's specifications (see owner's manual or vehicle sticker). • Check the tire pressure regularly, at least every two weeks and before long journeys. • Adjust the tire pressure for specific conditions (e.g., heavy loads). • Off-road: Reduce tire pressure for better traction off-road (e.g., sand, mud). Be sure to return the tire pressure to normal before driving on paved roads. 3. Tire Rotation • Rotate your tires every 10,000 to 12,000 km to ensure even wear. • During rotation, check the condition of the tires for damage or uneven wear. 4. Wear and Damage • Regularly check the tread depth: • Minimum: 1.6 mm (recommended: change at 3 mm for optimal safety). • Inspect the tires for cracks, bulges, or embedded objects. • Have damaged tires inspected by a professional. • Off-road: After off-road use, carefully inspect the tires for cuts, punctures, and foreign objects (e.g., stones or branches). Remove any embedded foreign objects to prevent damage to the tread. 5.
