2) Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, level AA, due to the non-compliances described below.

We are actively working to correct the identified issues in order to achieve full compliance.

3) Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not yet, or only partially, accessible for the following reasons:

Basis of incompatibilities:
The website is currently undergoing a complete technical and graphical redesign in order to improve its accessibility. This process is not yet completely finished. There are still several elements to correct – not all goals have been achieved yet:

Specifically, this currently concerns the following areas:

Perceivability

  • Relevant alternative texts are still missing in some places for important informative images (such as the logo or product images).

  •
  • Tables and heading structures are not always correctly tagged, which complicates the use of a screen reader.

  •
  • In some places, color contrasts between the text and the background do not yet meet the required minimum values, which can impair readability.

  •
  • A 200% zoom is not functional on all parts of the shop.

Operability

  • The main navigation in the header is not yet fully accessible by keyboard.

  •
  • The visible focus during keyboard navigation (Tab key) is sometimes barely visible or even nonexistent.

  •
  • Consistent keyboard navigation and the ability to skip sections are not yet guaranteed everywhere.

  •
  • The minimum size for clickable elements is not yet always met.

Understandability

  • Various linguistic and content requirements – especially related to language – are not yet fully implemented.

Compatibility

  • The name, role, and value of elements are not always correctly recognized or rendered by assistive technologies.

User preferences

  • Individual settings such as preferred font size or contrast adjustments are not yet freely configurable on all pages.

Note regarding technical and economic limits
We are doing our best to eliminate as many barriers as possible. However, we sometimes reach certain limits – for example, when old content is involved, when specific third-party plugins are used, or when our online shop's theme has technical restrictions. In some cases, the necessary adjustments are so complex that they cannot be implemented at this time. Therefore, some barriers can only be removed during a major technical update or a complete redesign.

We keep an eye on all known barriers and regularly review whether new solutions become possible. Whenever feasible, we implement improvements as part of major updates or future developments.

Planned measures and timeline:
We are working with high priority to eliminate the main barriers as quickly as possible. Our goal is to fix the main issues by Q4 2025.

6) Mediation and appeal procedure

If you do not receive a satisfactory response to your feedback within a reasonable timeframe (usually four weeks), you can contact a mediation body. Its purpose is to resolve accessibility-related disputes between people with disabilities and website providers out of court.

The contact details of the relevant body will be published here as soon as it has been officially designated.

7) Competent supervisory authority

The monitoring of this website's accessibility compliance will be ensured by a market supervisory authority, which has not yet been designated. As soon as this is the case, its name and address will be provided here.

8) Content and operation of this website

This site is an online shop for the sale of tires, rims, complete wheels, and accessories. The featured products can be added to an electronic shopping cart, then ordered and paid for in a binding manner.

The site has a header menu and a footer. The top menu allows you to browse product categories. It also provides access to the shopping cart and initiates the ordering process. The footer contains links to legal notices, legal information, shipping and payment options, as well as other service pages.

The ordering process only becomes final by clicking on the final button ("Buy" or equivalent). Before that, it can be cancelled at any time.
