Note regarding the tire's manufacturing date (DOT)::
The tires offered are from current production, meaning they are no more than 36 months old. Tires from older production runs are marked with the DOT code. With proper storage, a tire is considered brand new for up to three years. The German Federal Association of Tire Dealers and Vulcanizers (BRV) states in its consumer information on tire purchases that a tire is considered new for up to five years if stored properly.Due to our large inventory and frequent deliveries throughout the year, we are unfortunately unable to provide specific information regarding the DOT date of individual tires.1. Shipping costs and information within Germany:
Depending on the scope of your order, shipping will be done via GLS, DPD, UPS, or by freight carrier. Tires, rims, covers, and complete wheels are shipped free of charge within Germany. For care products, the shipping costs amount to €7.55. An additional charge of €15 per item applies for shipping to islands.
2. Return costs within Germany:
If you wish to return the goods within the withdrawal period, please fill out the form in the withdrawal policy. We will send you a return label, but the buyer is responsible for the return costs. You can find the return costs in the withdrawal policy and in the withdrawal form.
3. Delivery times within Germany:
- Delivery time for tires, rims and covers: approx. 1-4 working days

2. Rücksendekosten innerhalb Deutschlands:
Wenn Sie innerhalb der Widerrufsfrist die Ware zurücksenden möchten, füllen Sie bitte das Formular in der Widerrufbelehrung aus. Wir senden Ihnen ein Rücksendeschein zu, die Kosten der Rücksendung trägt jedoch der Käufer. In der Widerrufsbelehrung und im Widerrufsformular finden Sie die Rücksendekosten.
3. Lieferzeiten innerhalb Deutschlands:
- Lieferzeit für Reifen, Felgen und Deckel: ca. 1-4 Werktage
